Disciples Men

Disciples Men is a regional ministry that gathers men from all of our congregations for fellowship, service, and spiritual growth.

At the Regional Assembly held in Frederick, MD held OCtober 17-18, 2008, these men were elected officers for Disciples Men:

     President - Art Banks, United Christian Parish, Reston, VE

     Vice-President - Bob Hindsley, University Christian Church, Hyattsville, MD

     Secretary - Joh Farris, First Christian Church, Falls Church, VA

     Treasurer - Darien McGriff, 12th Street Christian Church, Washington, DC

They will serve until the 2010 Regional Assembly.

Canoe Trip!

On August 22-23, you are invited to enjoy a canoe trip on the Devil's Backbone. We'll stay overnight at spacious Camp Mary Mac and spend the next day on a family-friendly, fun canoe experience. Disciples Men Spring Rally 2008

Join Disciples Men from across the region on April 19th, 9-2:30 PM, at North Chevy Chase Christian Church in Chevy Chase, MD for a day of conversation, fellowship, and food. Our topic will be on what Disciples men, just like you and I, are doing to make a difference in the ongoing hurricane recovery in the Gulf Coast.
